How to Use Double-Sided Tape: 1. Clean the surface, using an adhesion promoter if possible, and wipe it dry. 2. Adhere and press the tape firmly. 3. Wait approximately 24 hours to achieve the best bonding strength.
What is Nano Double-Sided Tape? Nano tape is made of acrylic material, with a double-sided coating of nano-grade liner that offers very strong adhesive properties. Customizable Sizes and Reusability The double-sided tape is easy to cut to size for different applications. It's available in 0.39-inch, 1-inch, and 2-inch width options, allowing you to select the appropriate width for your needs.
This clear nano tape is also washable and reusable. After washing and drying with a hair dryer, the tape retains 70-80% of its original adhesive strength. Additionally, the tape is waterproof.
Removable and Residue-Free The transparent, heavy-duty mounting tape is removable and leaves no residue on most surfaces. However, it is not recommended for use on old painted walls, as it may damage the surface.
Adhesion Strength and Handling After application, the bond strength reaches approximately 50% of the ultimate strength within 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours, and 100% after 72 hours. Handling strength is typically achieved immediately after applying pressure to the bonded components.
