The Aluminum Cup HVLP Spray Gun is a versatile and high-performance tool. It is a pot-type spray gun with a nozzle diameter of 1.4MM, 1.7MM, or 2.0MM, and a cap capacity of 1000CC. The working pressure is 3.5bar (50psi), and the air consumption (100%) is 3.5-4.5CFM. The height of the spray range is 24CM, and the painting distance is 17-22cm. The air inlet is 1/4".
This HVLP spray gun is suitable for spraying oil-based or emulsion paint, as well as primer, transparent paint, single-grade paint, and more. It is ideal for use in the automotive, sheet metal, furniture, plastic, and construction industries.
The package includes 1.4 mm, 1.7mm, and 2.0mm nozzles, a 1000cc aluminum cup, an adjustment wrench, a brush, and an air regulator with a gauge. The HVLP spray gun is lightweight, making it easy to control and resulting in a smoother, more even application. The adjustable spray cap allows for 360-degree control of the nozzle direction, providing greater precision and less overspray.
